The intent of this letter is to highlight Ms Bouali’s skills and recommend her for any
professional challenge she chooses to apply to.
Mrs. Bouali was part of my organization a few years ago and demonstrated very strong
interpersonal skills such as inclusiveness, leadership & expertise. I was particularly
impressed by her energy, self-starting behaviour and her positive initiatives. More
importantly, she was (and still is) highly motivated by working in the aeronautical
business.
She was a key asset to our GE Aviation European Supply Chain group for a few months
and it is with great disappointments that we could not hire her as a full team member at
that time.
She deserves to be given the opportunity to share in person her motivations and
expertises during a job interview.
