2. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
 Expensive in reproducing the papered announcements to
be post
 Time and effort consuming in making and posting the
announcements
 Inaccessible for students and other individuals who are
concerned for a particular announcement
 Unreliable way of dissemination of information to the
students
 Announcements through papers can be crumpled and
detach from the bulletin board

3. OBJECTIVES
 Provide a better posting medium for posting
announcements and reduction of the cost expense
 Lessen the time and effort exertion
 To further enhance the way of disseminating
information within its premises.
 Provide reliability and effective posting
 Provide security and accuracy of information to be
post

4. SCOPE
The study only covers the creating and posting of
announcements.
All announcements to be post is exclusive only for
SICS department.
The system will also prioritize more important
messages or those that are urgent. Incoming
messages will automatically be sorted if they need to
be prioritized first.
The system will only applicable for android devices

5. LIMITATION
 The sending of announcements must be at close range
because the system will use a Bluetooth which is about 5
meters of maximum range connection capacity for sending
the announcements.
 The size of the SMS announcement to be send will be
depend on the size of the LED board which is 16x54 (as
proposed) that can contain a maximum of 30 characters.
 Old announcements which have already been posted may be
deleted from the system only by an authorized person
(secretary). Announcements will be posted for a specific
period of time.
 Only the secretary can access, post and create
announcements.
