- Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and organization quality policy.
Project Q.A/Q.C Manager
- Ensure coordination of the quality activities of Project Quality Managers (Senior QA/QC Managers).
- Promote and ensure development of continuous improvement techniques and practices
- To manage QA/QC personnel & ensure that work carried out on site is in accordance to the latest approved
documents.
- Co-ordinate with all relevant Departments in connection with Quality matters.
- To ensure effective Inspection / testing program is carried out by the Inspector / Site Engineer / Technician.
- To ensure Quality Records/Documents as required by the contract are maintained.

the lab tests which done in the site on the concrete samples, soil and mortars of finishing works according to its
