3. What is standard of living?
The degree of wealth and material comfort available to a person or community.
This includes income, quality and availability of employment.
It shows the economic development of a country, the more poor people exist in
the country the less developed the country is.
4. Lifestyles
The way in which a person lives.
This is determined by culture and standard of living
Looking at the culture and standard of living in a certain community we can
actually determine whether a community is a self-sufficient, rural or modern
society.
5. Self-sufficient society
This societies rely on agricultural activities
Usually people in this societies are poor, with low standards of living and
producing own food.
6. Rural societies
Poor living standards, poor infrastructure: housing, poor health status, little jobs
and high unemployment.
7. Modern societies
It has developed infrastructure that’s leads to economic development.
There’s high income level, good health care, good education and transportation.
