To Whom It May Concern:
It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Molly Quinn. Although
Molly only came to us just a couple of semesters ago, she immediately stood out as one of the
department’s most-gifted natural sales representatives.
Her level of comfort in the office with fellow student staff members, as well as out of the office
with real-world clients was unmatched, as she attacked the role with the determination and
professionalism of a career-long sales veteran.
With Molly’s maturity, drive and friendly disposition, she was a natural at successful relationship
building with our client base. And her office demeanor, eagerness to learn and easygoing attitude
made her a positive and popular role model among her peers.
It has certainly been refreshing to have a person like Molly in her position, as her ability to work
in the field relatively independent of supervision has made my role much easier.
My management team and I only regret not having had an opportunity to work with her longer.
If Molly had less noble aspirations and chose to remain in this field, she’d no doubt be one of
those applicants that recruiters fight over and hiring managers brag about.
But her leadership, communication and organizational skills are already finely polished, and are
not exclusive to any single career field, which should carry her far in her next venture.
