3. Went on deputation to Indonesia at MSJ project of Leighton Indonesia. Undergone in-
house training for starting a new project in Indonesia by a Multi National company. This
training provided a great opportunity to understand the basics of Indonesian Coal
Industry in a better way. The legal and social aspects of the projects and how to deal
with such problems as a project head.

Coal Mine at Loa Janan. The study helped the Project team to narrow down the actual
reasons and increase the productivity of the equipment as per the international
standards.
