JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To select and install the desired fixture of the workpiece on the worktable
(Pallet) with perfect alignment.
 To check all the oil levels before operating the machine.
 To upload the CNC program in the particular CNC machine.
 To select the desired tools required for machining the workpiece and install
them in the CNC machine as per the CNC program.
 To check the casting thoroughly before loading it on the worktable.
 To read the blueprints for performing assigned tasks.
 To operate the cranes for loading heavy workpieces.
 To check the dimensions of the machined workpiece using micrometers,
digital Vernier calipers, thread gauges…etc.
 To check for any damages, scratches or casting defects in the machined
workpiece.
 To produce a quality inspection report which includes dimensions with
tolerances, visual inspection comments, gauge descriptions.
 To maintain the CNC machine by applying lubrication to the slides of the
machine.
 To replace the spindle “O” ring for every 3 months.
 To change the coolant oil for every 6 months.
 In case of machine breakdown, to identify the problem and rectify it.
 In case of heavy breakdown, should contact the supervisor.
