FlowStreamisanautomatedprovisioningsystemfororderfulfillmentof Broadband, Broadband
Voice and Broadband VoIP Orders.
FlowsystemsRoBTinstance - is the workflow engine for orchestration and fulfillment for BTW
Broadband,Voice,VoIPandWholesale callsproducts.Itsupports over 25K + orders placed in BTW stack
by variouscommunicationproviders.Itiscritical forBTW L2C stack and it’savailabilityroundthe clock is
a MUST otherwise there would be right first time failure leading to penalties and poor customer
experience. This includes provision, modification or cessation of these products on FlowManage
application.FlowStreamisamiddleware componentwhichtakescare of the entire journeyof the order,
from the point it is placed till service being served to the customer.
Working as cross functional resource (ASG/PSG) for 20CN/21CN (Broadband products), MNP/
Wholesale Calls(Voice) products, Ihave deepknowledgeinfunctionalaswell as technical domain. Flow
20CN and 21CN productsare broadbandserviceswhichare providedand managedbyFlowStream. Flow
playsa major role handling35kordersfor provisioningandmanagement. Wholesale Calls is a calls-only
service that provides telephone service over a PSTN or ISDN line that is provided, managed and
maintained by BT.
Responsibilities:
Progressingorders failed into various exceptions in the Service Exception management page on
FlowManage.
HandlingService requestsandIncidentsforresolving themwithinSLA usingAmdocsBridge Clarify
CRM Tool.
Identification of potential areas for incident/SR, manual effort reduction and increase in CT.
Work on P1 issues.
Deployment related activities and Post deployment testing.
Preparing shell scripts & SQL/PLSQL scripts to augment bulk orders.
Providing Design inputs to development and E2E design for resolving existing problems and
minimizing the risk of failure.
Health-check monitoring of Flow Stream application resources (CPU utilization, memory) using
built in tools.
Minimizingthe impacton business critical orders in case of system failures by timely decision of
load balancing and throttling mechanisms.

The candidates, who are eligible for admission to various courses, have to register for the admission
process.Afterregistration, they have to fill the option form, according to their choice. The Competent
Authorityprocessesthisoptionformandallotsacollege tothe candidate with respect to the score. The
processof fillingthe optionformincludeslotof manual workwhichisquite time consuming.Automated
Online Option Filter (AOOF) is an alternative to the manual work that needs to be done by the
candidate. Candidate has to enter the requested information, which AOOF will process and a list of
collegeswill be displayed.Thislistwill be inaccordance with the information submitted by the student
and containthe bestcollege optionsforthe studentwithrespecttopreviousyearcutoff. Using this list,
the student can fill his option form so that his options would not be wasted and his chances of getting
into a good institute will be maximized.
