I have had the pleasure of employing Mr. Mohamed Abo Al Haggag Mostafa in Seagull
Company during more than 7 years, from 1st
April 2007 to December 2014.
Mr Haggag was first employed as a OTC sales supervisor in Saudi Western Area, representing us with
pharmacies in Jeddah and other cities for various brands, until end 2011 when he was promoted as
OTC sales manager for Saudi Kingdom, fully responsible for his own Team of Sales representatives
and Promotion Officers.
During all this period, Mr Haggag has produced a job of outstanding quality. He joined us to develop
relations with Pharmacists. He fully fulfilled this mission, using his best capabilities in organization,
dedication and interpersonal communication. He built excellent and long term relations with the
pharmacy network, in the outlets but also during the negociations at a higher stage for deals with
chains central purchase. He was also a much respected team member, always willing to help and
perfectly integrated.
This is why we promoted him as OTC sales manager as soon as we had the opportunity to give him
more responsibilities.
Haggag’s main qualities are certainly consistency and reliability. He likes a job well done and has
been constantly asking for support and advice to improve on himself and his productivity. He was
working in a very challenging environment with a team requiring a lot of fine tuning and adaptation.
Haggag has been most appreciated by his own team, and of course by myself and the rest of the
management team. Haggag is also a real door opener, always looking for business opportunities in
the market and finding new ways of development all the time.
Haggag can be trusted to take responsibilities in the best possible manner. He has been participating
in a very positive manner in all the projects, bringing spirit and organization skills inside our team.
