Minko joined T-systems as a network operator to manage DPDHL's domestic and international networks without prior experience in supporting large global networks or customers. He quickly learned technical and process skills and was promoted for his great attitude and performance. As an analyst, Minko took on more complex technical tasks and communication with higher management. When Minko decided to leave for another position, his manager was unhappy to see him go but recognized it would aid his professional growth. The manager highly recommends Minko for his positive personal and professional skills.
I was employed for CubedRoot1 contracted for Redefine Properties as a Service desk technician, my responsibilities remain the same, such as setting up laptops and desktops for users and providing service desk support. The only difference is that I conduct more active directory work, be creating users, adding permissions to security groups and creating email accounts in exchange. As well as checking quarantine mails and releasing them if safe to do so using Fortimail. Entire CubeRoot1 contract to Redefine ends on the 31st of August 2016 all of us were Retrenched. Currently looking for new employment.

1. Recommendation for Minko Topalov
Minko joined T-systems as a operator dedicated for project managing DPDHL`s international
and domestic networks. Team has been managing network and network security. Minko joined a
team without experience with support of global network and such a big customer. Among Minko`s
main operator responsibilities from very beginning belong monitoring and initial investigation
including small configuration changes needed as a part of Incident management of international and
domestic networks including network security and datacenter LAN environment.
Minko`s great attitude and performance prompt his ability to learn technical and process
stuff quickly so he was good candidate to be promoted within a team to role of Analyst with much
higher responsibilities and options how to grow either technically and personally. Great approach
and professional behavior within a team got Minko to a position where everybody could rely on him
and results of what he was doing.
Minko was later (after previous Analyst left) promoted to a role of analyst where he had to
understand process and technical nature of assigned services. His main tasks during day became
more complex and technically more difficult including communication with customer`s higher
management. Minko got to the new role quickly and again everybody could rely on him as well as me
as his manager.
I was unhappy when Minko decided to leave the team, but position he applied for is better
for his professional growth. I personally recommend Minko as a great person with positive personal
and professional skills. Minko is always good option how to improve performance of team he will join
to. It was my pleasure to have employee like Minko
