Had own private tutoring for the private sector. Children came to my home for private
tutoring in Math, Science, English, Biology, Geography.
Also provided homeschooling for parents who wanted their children to be
homeschooled. I worked through a correspondence college and it was my duty to set up
a curriculum for the children. The curriculum entailed all the subjects at hand.
Together with the children, I designed a school timetable that took into consideration
any extra curricula activities that they did.
I prioritized their workload and set up a study timetable for them.
I supervised their test and exams, and gave a detailed report of their performance and
progression to both the parents and the correspondence college.
I also set up my own personal tests for the children, to monitor their progression and
understanding of the subject at hand and from there designed personal worksheets for
each child to help them gain a better understanding of the subject at hand.
I tutored children from the ages of 8 years old to 20 years old.
I also help to prepare children who's parents wanted to immigrate to Australia and New
Zealand, to take entry exams for the school abroad.
The school abroad would post me the curricula and what the children had to study in
order to take the entry exam, they would also send me the necessary textbooks and I
would then teach the children accordingly.
I supervised the entry exams and gave a detailed report to the school concerned, about
the child's performance in class.
All the children passed their entry exams and the families were able to immigrate to their
country of choice.
