1. Article (15)
The foreigner second party shall be obliged to depend on the local
market by not less than (30%) regarding the implementation of the
contract herein.
Article (16)
The second party shall be obliged to conductthe transportation of
shipments and employees thereof through Qatar Airways.
Article (17)
The second party shall be obliged by the provisions of the law No. (21) of
2009 regarding the income tax, the executive regulation thereof issued
by Minster of finance's resolution No. (10) of 2011 and, circular No. (2)
and circular No. (3) of 2011 issued by Minster of finance.
Article (18)
Where no special provisions are agreed on the contractherein, the
provisions of the law No. (24) of 2016 regarding the tenders and bids
regulatory law and the executive regulation thereof issued by cabinet /
government's resolution No. (22) of 2016 shallbe enforced.
Article (19)
The courts of the state of Qatar shall have the exclusive jurisdiction
regarding the settlement of any dispute may arise between the two
parties regarding the implementation or interpretation of the contract
herein, this contractis executed in three original copies in Arabic
language, one for the second party for compliance thereto.
