Coast Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc. was founded in 1999 to serve commercial
and military aerospace providing unique Tooling and Ground Support Equipment.
As a certified Small Disadvantaged Business we addressed the needs of supply
base diversity within the vertical markets we serve. With a core competency of
designing and producing specialized Tooling and Ground Support Equipment we
met the needs of our customers with integrity and a commitment to excellence that
the aerospace industry demands from its manufacturing vendor base.
Our strength in engineering technical disciplines and innovation have
provided opportunities for us to expand the scope of products that we
manufacture. Leveraging the combined knowledge of our team we continue
to be a pioneer in complex tooling and ground support equipment and have
expanded to encompass Fabricated Composite Tooling and Custom Wire
and Fiber Cable Assemblies for aircraft applications. The knowledge and
stability of our people has allowed us to drive discipline and process into
our business, providing a sustainable engine for growth.
Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through our AS9100 Rev. C/
ISO9001:2008 registered and certified quality system. Manufacturing equipment for
requirements that encompass Land, Sea, Air and Space, we partner with our
customers to create solutions that resolve problems and enhance serviceability
across a broad range of customer requirements. We support and serve our military
customers better by maintaining our ITAR registration, allowing us to send product
wherever it is needed around the globe. Our seasoned Engineering and Quality
Staffs align themselves with our customers to ensure complete understanding of
their requirements. In that way , we ensure that each part we manufacture meets
the exacting standards for functionality and quality that meets the high standards of
the Aerospace industry.

our Customers increasingly complex requirements to offer Load Test,
Proof Load, Service & Refurbishment on the GSE, SE and Lifting
Tools on Hydraulic and Non-Hydraulic Products. We continue to invest
in the most advanced inspection tools and software in order to insure
that we are positioned to exceed the scope of any customer
requirement and drive efficient quality verification. We continually

Coast Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc. is a AS9100 Rev.
C/ISO9000:2008 and ITAR registered facility, producing machined
parts, mechanical and electrical assemblies, custom wire and fiber
cable assemblies, ground support solutions for the commercial and
military aerospace industries, tool validation and metrology and
refurbishing tooling. We provide quality solutions for both ground and
flight applications. Our manufacturing team will work with you to
fabricate new or refurbish a product that will meet your specific
application and quality requirements. By assigning a program manager
as a single point of contact and providing our customers with weekly
status reports on their project, we drive accurate communication and
stay on schedule to meet the customer’s required delivery. The program
manager also interfaces with both quality teams to ensure all specified
requirements are met.

From our AS9100 Rev. C/ISO9000:2008 and ITAR registered facility, Coast
Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc. produces, assembles, and refurbishes electrical
solutions for the commercial, military and general aerospace applications. Providing
solutions destined for ground applications or those utilized in flight applications, our
electricians work with your team to manufacture a product that will meet your specific
application requirements. We manufacture and support products for systems control,
electrical connectivity, testing and telemetry on a variety of aircraft and equipment
platforms.
In-Service Reliability is our primary concern and we realize that your equipment may
be exposed to a variety of factors that could affect performance. Our equipment is
produced with robust quality inspection and test standards that ensure each product
that goes into service will stand the test of time and provide many years of reliable
operation in customer applications. We are constantly re-evaluating our operations in
order to continue to expand further into the electrical space.
