Jessica is my name. I get up very tired every morning at about ten o’clock and I
have doughnuts for breakfast. I do not follow a rich diet in produce and I love processed meats,
everything which is fried, creamed, breaded and crusted is good for me. I also have three cans
of coke. I drink too much fizzy drinks, but I really like them.
For lunch I have fast food and some sugary drinks and I also eat a lot of sweets. I know
I have grown fat and I must torture myself with a diet, but I had done that before and I got scared
when my doctor told me I had bulimia. I hate giving up food and I cannot follow a healthy
lifestyle which requires appropriate nourishment together physical activity.
My doctor says I oughtn’t eat ice-cream late in the evening, but salad or have a cup
of tea. And because I also don’t want to continue being chubby, my doctor says I oughtn’t eat
sandwiches.
My brother is called Jake and he works as a lawyer. He doesn’t have breakfast in
the morning, but he has asparagus and meat for lunch. He is strong, he is able to do everything.
He is one of the devotees of diets and he is convinced that this is all that matters in life, the diet
represents his passport to longevity.
He does a lot of exercise and goes to the gym obsessively, even at night, but he eats too
many cakes. He is a hard working man, he doesn’t consider important having a family one day
and rarely has dinner. The doctor says he ought to sleep more. He oughtn’t eat so many cakes
