8. MANUFACTURING
SITEManufacturing site has a wide range of processing capabilities
and manufacturing equipment to handle most of the
manufacturing needs and product types.
At Pride Chemicals we have a capacity to produce 1800- 2500
MT/month and this can be further extended at a short
notice if requires.
We have stainless steel High Pressure reactors where we can
do several processes like sulfonation, emulsification, inert
atmospheric reactions and many other low and high temp
reactions.

equipped for R&D, Quality Control of textile auxiliaries and

A series of quality control procedures for all incoming raw
materials are strictly carried out to make sure sustainability of
final products.

FINAL PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
A very strict quality control is made with each single batch being manufactured and
only a product within its standards is unloaded in required packing Drums and IBC’s.
Each single batch quality specs are registerred in data control and a batch sample is
retained for 6 months.
LABELING
All products are labeled with unique Batch number and hazardous code
identification.

and logistics in the Americas and Caribbean, where the
