Retail at Smith& Nephew&WalgreenBootsAlliance drivingsignificantgrowthonboth
accounts.These accountsachieved $27m GTER in 2021, 50% up on the previousyear.

portfoliowithSmith&Nephew. My2022 revenue targetis $50m and we are on track.
A) For me personally,this sectorfocusedportfolio, givesme the opportunitytofocus
and drive more sector specificservicesand solutions and bettersupport Nextwave
and the growth agenda. I am really energisedbythisnew focus.
B) As a Sector, HealthScience andWellness,isafantastic opportunity for the firm,
alignedtoour purpose andwithmassive potential forgrowth. ForNextWave,the
sectorneedstodeliver$.6bnby 2025, this requires19% growth.
To be successful &drive thisgrowth, Ibringmore BusinessDevelopmentcapability.
My attributesandskillsinbuildingclientandinternal relationships &track recordfor
sales, coupledwithmybreathof experience overalongcareerequipsme tobe
credible withseniorstakeholdersandsupportthishypergrowth agenda.

I have the opportunitytodouble ourrevenuesonSmith&Nephew from$10 to $20
millioninthe nexttwoyears. ERPwill contributetothis andhas openedupthe
opportunityforourcurrent proposal to transformtheirdata analyticsplatformand
Capabilities.
Merck as a newaccountis a fantasticopportunityforme to do what I do at scale.
Witha $40m target forEurope thisyear andan objective &plantodrive significant
future growth,Iam busy buildingnew seniorrelationshipsacrossEurope and
positioningEY.
My personal targetasan Associate Partnerwill increase by£5m perannumto £15m,
my portfolionowhasthe potential toachieve this.

I am coaching Ruth Kennedy,fellowCE, in how to navigate the US & European Teams
as she works to do somethingsimilar on Pfizeras I am doingon Merck and have done
on previousglobal inboundsledfrom the US.
I have supportedfour colleagueswiththeir promotionsto Level 4 and 5 over the last
two years. Two reachedout for BD coaching from their experiencesofworkingwith
me inservice lines on my accounts.
This will also reflectour inclusiveness,Equity& diversityvaluesand demonstrate BDs
and CBSscommitmenttocareerdevelopment,inclusivity insupportof oursector

My2022 revenue targetis $50m and we are on track. A) For me personally,this sectorfocusedportfolio, givesme the opportunitytofocus and drive more sector specificservicesand solutions and bettersupport Nextwave and the growth agenda. I am really energisedbythisnew focus. B) As a Sector, HealthScience andWellness,isafantastic opportunity for the firm, alignedtoour purpose andwithmassive potential forgrowth. ForNextWave,the sectorneedstodeliver$.6bnby 2025, this requires19% growth. To be successful &drive thisgrowth, Ibringmore BusinessDevelopmentcapability. My attributesandskillsinbuildingclientandinternal relationships &track recordfor sales, coupledwithmybreathof experience overalongcareerequipsme tobe credible withseniorstakeholdersandsupportthishypergrowth agenda. C) My currentaccount portfolio,  Merck, the largestHealthScience &WellnessAccountinthe US($2560m in FY21, $80m inEurope) and  Smith& Nephew,the UKHealthScience &Wellness No3($10m) have a major role to playinthisgrowth. These accountswill deliver10-15% of the HealthScience &Wellnessplan I have the opportunitytodouble ourrevenuesonSmith&Nephew from$10 to $20 millioninthe nexttwoyears. Merck as a newaccountis a fantasticopportunityforme to do what I do at scale.
