The mission of Samaritan House is to support challenged individuals and families
as they move toward independence by providing housing, resources, and hope.
The services of Samaritan House follow a comprehensive continuum of care that
moves residents from a maximally supportive environment to one that allows them
to live as independently as possible.

4. Targeted Population
Persons impacted by HIV or AIDS
Persons experiencing homelessness or are at-risk of homelessness
Persons living with a disabling condition (physical, medical or mental)
Persons experiencing other life challenges
5. Eligibility requirements
Chronically homeless (TBLA15 and Grace Village programs)
HIV or AIDS diagnosis (Samaritan House, HOPWA program)
Low income or at risk of homelessness (HOPWA program)
18 years old or older

7. Changes due to COVID-19
No large groups allowed on property
Any one-on-one meeting is by appointment only – mask and gloves must be worn
(we can provide) and temperature is taken
Assessments completed via Zoom or telephone – in person if needed by
appointment only
Intake paperwork is done via Docusign – those without access to email or a
computer can complete on site with an appointment
All case management meetings are conducted via Zoom or telephone
No visitors – day or overnight – are allowed for residents living on site at Samaritan
House
