Outro, beach, day; A single dead body lays on the sand, for a moment all is still,
then two people walk in to shot and stop at the body.
A: so what do you think happened?
B: Hell knows, probably some phyco getting his kicks. Makes me damn sick!
A: We’re gunna have to call this in… get the chief.
B: it’s happened again.
Cut to chief for quick scene then him as non-diegetic phone voice over next scene

Into, day, bedroom; sleeping, hangs half out of his duvet begins to moan as his
phone rings, tired, he falls out of bed sighs and answersthe phone.
James white: (indecisive mumbling)
C: (on phone) Get your ass out a bed; we got a scene at west court beachfront.
James white: hold on... I’ll be one minute
C: (on phone) hurry up.
Then we implement jump cuts of him getting dressed and grabbing clothing from
the wardrobe, reminiscent of a montage.
White gets out of car at the scene where all the by-standers on looking

Walking from the car and treads on a lighter, picks it up and looks seriously at it
Richard: White, what took you so long, its been the fourth one this month for
Christ-sake
James white: fourth?
Lifts the lighter up to the camera and shows the notches in the lighter.
