6. FINAL WORLD
Being in logistics for more than 30 years and specializing in global
supply chain efficiency and production efficeincy I utilize the L.E.D.
(LOGISTICS EFFICIENCY DESIGN) methodology which I developed to
improve not only my work and skills but the sklil of clients.
In 2013 I invented and implement for the first time in the World the
methodology of systematic waste prevention applicble for industries –
INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING, which become just two years later the
ground stone of INDUSTRY 5.0.
In all Projects realized for my clients and business partners I utilize
my knowledge and on-hand experience to prepare companies and
employees and implement the changes to prepare for the growth.
Most of the realized Projects starts in one factory and ends-up
