environmental operations and compliance. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Phillips
for a summer in 2013 as an intern for PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc. and he was a
tremendous asset to my team. He brought with him a remarkable willingness to learn and
eagerness to help with any task set in front of him.
Mr. Phillips was incredibly adaptable to any situation and worked well with all other
members of personnel both in the field and in the office. He supported environmental
