The key to this award category is the linking of a learning
strategy to a business strategy and the measurement of
outcomes being, as was this case, Moolarben Coal’s overall
organisationalperformance.
Over 35 entries from all over Australiaand from every corner
of the Learning and Development Industry were considered
for this prestigious award.
2. There was serious competitionas the other finalistswere
Medibank,NRMA and the ultimate winner AdelaideShores, a
4-star holidayresort in South Australia which had recently
won a number of tourism awards.
