3. The DAELIBS Seeknfind service brings the 21st
century to in-field intelligence,
equipping your business with up to the minute information, maximising efficiency,
safety and reliability.
4. DAELIBS Seeknfind solutions are based on digital tags and bluetooth beacons that can
communicate with specially enabled smart devices.
We can also integrate GPS to incorporate seamless indoor and outdoor monitoring.
5. Digital Tags are <1mm thick and contain a
tiny microchip that broadcasts information
over a few centimetres.
Beacons transmit information at a
tunable signal strength. This allows
information to travel distances
ranging from a few centimetres to
50 metres.
6. Locations that are points of interest have our digital tags or bluetooth beacons
attached. Each location is now “tagged” with a unique, secure, specially encoded
signal.
7. Seeknfind enabled smart devices we call OMNI are able to receive and understand
the information from each tag or beacon.

8. OMNI is easy to use and is suitable for just about anyone.
In fact most people already have the skills necessary to use it.
9. OMNI instantly recognises a tag or beacon as a location. This is recorded along
with the time it receives the information. It all happens instantly when the logger
passes within range.
10. The OMNI device then immediately sends the location and time data to the
Seeknfind system.
11. Seeknfind provides access to the information coming from OMNI 24x7.
Varying access can be assigned to users.
12. This framework allows OMNI to provide functions that elevate location based in-
field intelligence both back to base and also to other OMNI devices.
14. Incidents in can be captured and logged, immediately on site in seconds.
15. The location, incident type, notes, photographic evidence are all collected, sent to our server and
forwarded on to interested parties.
16. You may need to track the whereabouts of your in-field personnel in real-time.
17. In this instance we activate our Gelati add-on product. No need to incur the added
equipment cost of vehicle tracking.
With OMNI you track the person, not the vehicle. Now you can follow activity
even when the field worker is on foot.
18. OMNI can also ensure the welfare of personnel in remote locations or at-risk
situations through three functions:
• Lone worker
• Duress

19. OMNI allows personnel to record and share in-field information about a location.
The information is delivered to other OMNI devices in context – that is when they
arrive at the physical location.
20. We can ensure tasks are carried out in the context of each location through
Standard Operating Procedures. Mandatory tasks can be enforced via check lists
where the user flags each task as it is completed.
22. For example administration staff might add compliance items
drivers license, first aid, police check.
Compliance expiry dates are then recorded for each of your personnel.
23. The system will then keep track of these and provide reminders to renew a
compliance item - both to the individual and to administration staff.
OMNI can even prevent staff from logging on to an OMNI if a mandatory
compliance item has lapsed.
24. We offer time sheeting by utilising the log in/out function on the device. Our back
office provides an interface with third party systems such as payroll.
