HEALTH AND FITNESS PROGRAMS
FOR CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TEAMS
CONVENTIONS AND RETREATS
Corporate management teams hold regular conventions and retreats at least on a yearly basis. The
objective of this program is to provide an overall experience of enrichment at a personal and
professional level.
Wealth without health is a partial failure. WHEALTH (wealth+health) is the new spelling for optimal
wealth. The opportunity to improve oneself by acquiring a simple methodology of self-transformation
to regulate harmoniously one's life beginning with health and fitness is at the core of this program. This
simple methodology provides specific practice-skills for human beings to develop optimal performance
in their personal lives, families, and professional environments.
The programs are flexible and capable of being adjusted to the needs and characteristics of each group.
They can be applied over the course of a week (week format), or over several days in midweek or
weekend formats. The activities are as follows:
(a) A welcoming and introductory group meeting (1hour) to describe the essence of the optimal health
and fitness program, with a lecture on the fundamentals of health and optimal performance in daily life.
It also provides the schedule of activities during the stay.
(b) Daily instruction (10:00-11:00 a.m.) on various fundamentals of health and fitness: way of eating
for optimal health, Qi Gong practice for optimal fitness / self-transformation.
(c) Evening instruction (8:00-9:00 p.m.) on optimal performance in everyday life: The path of least
resistance, a Zen approach to excellence and harmonious conciliation of personal, family, and
professional activities.
(d) Individual sessions (one-on-one) with each participant to design and implement a personal program
of optimal health and fitness. It includes a personal evaluation for optimal results.
(e) Additional instruction is carried out as desired by participants on the disciplines of optimal health
and fitness, plus Natural Biological Medicine Interventions (see related documents).
(f) Evening music performance. Live performance of music and singing in an unforgettable setting of
simple elegance.
Altogether the experiences of participants going through the program is one of significant enrichment
at all levels of functioning. Participants are empowered with a simple methodology of optimal health
and fitness, which they carry with them to their respective living environments.

Dr. Clarjen-Arconada came to the United States with a Fulbright Scholarship to research
fundamental etiological factors of illness and optimal regeneration sequences. A published
author, he has over thirty years of experience working on fundamental issues of Natural
Biological Medicine: Self-Regeneration processes and Self-Regulation Methodologies. He has
taught at Long Island University (Friends World Program) and has led workshops and seminars
throughout Europe and the United States. Recognizing the profound link between illness, toxicity and
environmental degradation, he has developed global programs seeking environmental regeneration and
universal healthcare. He has forged the code: Return to the Garden, as the main catalytic
instrument for the regeneration of the Human Being and Society, and their transformation
toward genuine Optimal Sustainable Development. More recently, Dr. Clarjen-Arconada was
appointed part of an International Committee for the Development of Ecological Communities under
the auspices of the European Union.
An athlete since childhood he has practiced and taught martial arts, tennis, swimming and sailing on a
regular basis. Dr. Clarjen-Arconada has worked with various types of athletes
(including Olympic athletes) developing training programs for optimal performance (see Optimal
Health and Fitness and Zen Athletics documents). He has developed a Trilogy of Master
Disciplines (Zen Yoga - Martial Arts / Tai Chi Qi-Gong / Integral Calisthenics - Total Workout
- Cross Training) to develop optimal health and fitness and methodologies for training in
order to attain optimal performance with Zen Athletics.
Dr. Clarjen-Arconada has resided continuously in the Hamptons and New York City since 1981. With
over 30 years experience, he has acquired a thorough and intimate knowledge of the Hamptons and
their people, along with the forces that shape the Hamptons and their unique characteristics in the
Northeast of the United States. The author knows well the idiosyncrasies and needs of their
people, the knowledge of which enables him to design and implement the optimal quality
programs and services (hotel/spa/restaurant), which will attract repeat customers and
enable the establishment to become a highly-sought stay for people and corporate
management teams with significant incomes in the United States and Europe.
