Michael Adjei is applying for the Vice President position on the Leadership Team of AIESEC Reading for 2014-2015. I have had such a brilliant and lively year in Incoming Exchange having Michael as a part of our team,
and I am very honoured to be asked to write Reference Letter for his Vice Presidential application. I feel
that this will be the appropriate next challenge in Michael’s leadership journey, and I strongly believe that
he will be able to accomplish great things with the future Leadership Team.
Michael has always been an enthusiastic and self driven member of the ICX team. He was quick to grasp
ICX’s Global Talent product, even though he joined the team after all training sessions have been
completed. Michael has also been confident and persuasive in his sales, in both contacting and in
meetings. I applaud Michael’s eagerness to step out of his comfort zone, and his persistence in
communicating with companies.
I believe that Michael will really benefit from having a leadership term in AIESEC Reading as this will
help develop his leadership potential, professionalism and his understanding of the organization as a
whole. I think that the organization will also benefit from Michael’s positivity and confidence, which will
