How to get the best out of DevSecOps - a security perspective
Recommendation
1. October 24, 2016
Dear Hiring Manager,
I write to you to enthusiastically recommend Michael Adisumarta as he seeks
employment in the software development industry. As Michael’s mentor and direct
supervisor during his internship at Infinite Convergence Solutions, I worked closely
with him on a daily basis for more than three months. He is reliable, enthusiastic and
quickly acquired the skills needed for every task assigned to him.
During his time at our company, Michael worked as part of my team of 34 engineers
developing software features for NetSfere, a secure enterprise messaging service
that runs on web browsers and mobile devices. His initial assignments consisted of
small improvements to our product’s user interface, but later included larger features
and prototyping work for a multi-platform video broadcasting service.
Even though he had not yet completed his coursework, Michael demonstrated
expertise with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS that many
software engineers don’t acquire until they’ve had several years of experience. He
also demonstrated a firm grasp of advanced concepts such as concurrency,
scalability and database design.
Michael was well-liked by our entire software team. If Infinite Convergence had an
available engineering position, I would gladly hire him today. Michael has a promising
career ahead of him and I believe you would be making a wise decision to include
him as part of your team.
Should you wish to discuss the work Michael did during his internship at Infinite
Convergence Solutions, please don’t hesitate to contact me by email or telephone.
Sincerely
Kris Rande
