MIA CARTER = The Main Character. Female aged around 18.
• Desire to prove innocence whilst trying to find the real killer
• Compassionate, confident and determined character.
• Athletic, out for a run when she finds the body.
DETECTIVES = (2)
• Two female characters.
• Desire for justice.
• Work-a-Holics.
• Intimidating.
• Fully persuaded that Mia did it!
KILLER =
• Hooded character.
• No characteristics shown apart from being unstable.
MUDERED CHARACTER =
• Shown in opening scene, shown dead.

4. IDEAS FOR PROMOTIONAL
CAMPAIGN...
USP- to prove her innocence she has to
solve the murder. The investigator is
stereotypically part of the police
department, in this case it’s a 18 year old
girl who is also a suspect.
Within the promotional campaign we will
push the unique main character and
narrative.
Poster ideas -
• Main character = focus of
the poster.
• Idea of mugshot. "I'm
innocent" with silhouette of
another person in the
background.
• Or
• Mia central and both
detectives sandwiched
behind. Police tape behind
them from corner to corner.
• Tagline = did she do it? And
if she didn’t, who did?

6. IDEAS FOR TEASER TRAILER:
• Opening scene = murder scene. Mia, out for a run (Shown in choice of costume) when
she 'finds' the body.
• Still shots of 'evidence' accompanied with flash effect to mimic the camera shot.
• Interrogation room (false accusations)
• Chase scene with suspect (Mia) and killer
• Close ups paired with diegetic sound. E.g heavy breathing.
