You can ask your connections to write a recommendation of your work that you can display on your profile:
Go to your profile and click the down arrow to the right of the button near your profile picture.
Click Ask to be recommended from the dropdown.
Follow the prompts to request the recommendation.
Click Send.
Click into your list of connections and select someone – the tab will automatically show under the header of your connection and they will add when you connected. You need add where you met and what was discussed, mentioning family or role they had at the time to keep up the relationship. Tags can be added to make it easier to find people from different companys or groups.
