produce mechanical motions
Pneumatic systems which are used extensively in industry, factories are commonly plumbed with
compressed inert gas. This is because a centrally located and electrically powered compressor that
power in a cheaper, safer, more flexible and reliable way than a large number of electric motors and
actuators.
Automatic control is the application of control theory of regulation of processes without direct human
intervention. In the simplest type of an automatic control loop, a controller compares a measured value of
process with a desired set value ,process the resulting error signal to change some input to the processes
,in such a way that the process stays at its set point despite disturbances .this closed-loop controls is an
application of negative feedback to a system. The mathematical basis of control theory was begun in the

The automatic pneumatic cutter is a metal cutting machine tool designed to cut metal by applying
pneumatic pressure .The machine is exclusively intended for mass production and they represent a faster
and more efficient way to cut a metal .This machine is a multipurpose machine.
There are numerous types of cutting machines in engineering field which are used to fulfill the
requirements. We are interested to introduce pneumatic system in especially in cutting machine and also
cutting operations.
The main function of pneumatic cutting machine is to cut thin and soft metals by pneumatic power while
reducing workload, human effort, material handling time and increasing efficiency
