It is with great pleasure that we support your application for this qualification.
Since first hearing your story and learning of the establishment of your organisation back when
we first met in 2009, while I was with Mycologia, it has been professionally rewarding to be
engaged in the analysis of the many samples you have sent us in the intervening years.
Throughout those 6+ years, we have processed many jobs for you, both pre and post
remediation. Just now I have referred to our LIMS which shows that in the last 2 years you have
referred us 101 jobs and I cannot recollect any that have failed remediation, without reason or
rectification.
We are aware of the professional commitment you bring to your work, plus the sheer physical
effort you put into all your remediations. It is a shame we can’t say the same for so many other
remediators – just keep up the good work.
In addition, you are always ready to confer with us on problem jobs, such as the school, and
open to sharing the context so that we can better advise you when problems arise. We are
always happy to offer such support to all our clients.
