Recommendation for Meagan Bell
To whom it may concern:
I had the privilege of interviewing and hiring Meagan Bell as a Recreation Leader for Springfield-Greene
County Park Board Family Centers division. Meagan always demonstrates her knowledge of facilities,
programs throughout the parks system and follows park policies and operating procedures during every shift.
Meagan has been a shift leader at our facility for a number of years. She has been responsible for supervising
fellow employees, training new hires, opening and closing the facility and being the active manager when full
time staff is not present. Meagan is a natural leader, which has been a great asset for handling difficult
situations, or training new employees. She makes sure all new hires are trained to follow our policies and has
taught many of them customer service standards. Meagan always takes pride in her work and strives to
accomplish all task assigned in a timely manner.
While balancing her academic career and work schedule, Meagan has shown maturity and respect for things
that are important to her. Meagan is very dependable and responsible, never missing work without finding a
substitute for her shifts. She is also willing to fill in when an emergency arises at the facility.
Meagan will be a great asset to your company. She will go above and beyond to ensure quality experiences for
all customers, business partners and fellow employees. If you need additional information on Meagan, please
contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
