Ownership and use contract
This contract is to ensure that allparties Rum-Bell productions, Paul
Scott studios and Feedback are satisfied with the use of ‘Sound track’
by Feedback. By signing this contract Feedback give they property
‘Sound track’ over to Rum-Bell productions and Paul Scott studios
along with full creative control, however Feedback may use ‘Sound
track’ or elements of it after May 3rd 2013.
Signing this will ensure that Feedback will not sue, prohibit or take
any legal action to Rum/Bell productionsor Paul Scott studios in
relation to the IP of ‘Sound track’.
