Dear Ms. Lamothe,
Currently, I study social work at Cegep St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu. Since my first visit to
the organism, I had a very strong connection with it. I think the atmosphere is very
warm. I chose the field of social work because I love to know that my help (no
matter how small it can be) can make a big difference in someone’s life.
I am interested by this job because I want to help people who have financial
difficulties or any other problem in their life. The food charity and other assistance
that we give may help them. My open-mindedness and my mutual aid abilities are
parts of my personality that go the same way as the offered services by the
organism. My vision of the people’s full potential is going in the same thinking and
mandate of the “Relais Communautaire de Laval”.
My positivism is one of my biggest quality because in any situation I can find a
resolution. I think that this state of mind can be very useful in life particularly for this
job because the foundation of social work is to believe in people’s will to make better
choices. I would be glad to have the opportunity to get interviewed. Thank you for
