Each area of an organization is its own ecosystem, requiring an ample supply of crucial resources, interdependence and safety from external threats. Leaders must ensure that an environment has all it needs, in order to foster growth.
4. ecosystem
An ecosystem is a community of living organisms (plants,
animals and microbes) in conjunction with the nonliving
components of their environment (things like air, water and
mineral soil), interacting as a system.
5. ecosystem management
The principles of “ecosystem management” suggest that you are
to tend to the natural resources rather than manage the
individual species themselves.
13. generative leadership
We are all interim. What are we doing this coming week
which will ripple far beyond that moment?
14. ecosystem management
What natural resource is most lacking within the ecosystem I
manage?
In what ways might we better integrate team growth into our
work together?
What generative actions will I add to my calendar/tasklist
beginning today?
