I would like to nominate Matt Bacon on behalf of my sales team 34-005.
For a relatively new team, the importance on managing net new clients’ expectations
is imperative to the success of growing business relationships and future success.
Matt has been a huge part of the success of two said clients, North highland &
Datacard Entrust.
Over the last few months he has gone well beyond expectations in his service
delivery for managing Lenovo Stock, and not only has Matt been consciously
updating both the sales team and myself, but he has been doing with this with the
clients’ expectations and business objectives in mind.
He has gone to the extra lengths of working with Lenovo & Distribution to make sure
that direct shipments have been made to ensure we meet the clients required time
schedule.
Both clients gave Insight little time to meet their objective, of having the devices in
place prior to a large batch of new starters.
The feedback from the clients has been so glowing on the efficient performance of
Insight, that both clients continue to drive their Lenovo business through us and Matt
has had a huge role in strengthening these relationships.
He is also looking at implementing methods of creating a continuous buffer for these
clients to continue to show Insight more efficiently.
Matt is an asset to the business. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help my
team, myself and, more importantly, the clients we serve.
