Prefabricated or "Prefab" is a construction
method in which both standardized and
non-standardized building components
are fabricated in a controlled factory
environmentthenshippedtoandassembled
that designs, manufactures, delivers and
assembles high performance buildings
throughout Europe.
In the Everhaus factory, panelized walls,
detail in a controlled environment ensuring
the highest quality before they are trucked
to and assembled on sites. Using panelized
building components as a construction
platform, Everhaus has better control,
higher quality and much shorter time-to-
occupancy than any site-built construction.
PRIVATE HOUSES
This is the most luxurious type of prefab house.
In the form of a single-family house, building a
custom-made home of this type is a statement
of independence, expressing your own
personalitythroughyourwishesanddecisions.
APARTMENT BUILDINGS
Apartment buildings can be built on
thermo frame elements and modules.
For such buildings, the use of modules
is preferable. It saves time at the site
and reduces the cost of construction.
MODULAR HOUSES
In the prefab housing industry, "modular
house" means a house which structure and
interiors are entirely manufactured in a factory
and shipped on site as a series of ready-made
boxes. The main advantage consists in the fact
that you design once and build several times.

Payment I: 70% of total contract value
after signing the contract.
Payment II: 25% of total contract value
when the house-set (incl. garage) is
ready in the factory, before shipment.
Payment III: 5% of total contract value
after assembling works.
PAYMENT TERMS
Note that house building takes a
lot more than only the walls. Other
materials that are not installed in
the factory can be calculated and
shipped as an extra.
