Hello:
It is with enthusiasm and interest that I am writing as an applicant for your current posting for classroom
teacher. Ever since I started teaching I have been passionate in my commitment to three things: maximizing
individual student performance, inspiring students to reach higher, and installing a sense of self-worth.
I have learned a lot about educational theory and methods while in college, but the time I spent Home-
schooling and at Kidsville Early Learning Center was invaluable. I learned how to put theory into practice while
leading a classroom. Some skills I gained included how to keep control while keeping learning fun for all the
students. curriculum development, keeping my lesson plans interesting, record keeping and maintain a strong
connection with student, parents and family members. Keeping learning a fun and exciting experience.
I currently hold my B.A. in Early Childhood Education through Ashford University and working on my
Master in Education specializing in Reading through Ashford University. I do hold my letter of Eligibility
through the Florida Department of Education and Florida Department of Children and Families Staff Credential
Verification. I have been fingerprinted and background checked in both Broward and West Palm Beach County.
I do hold a current CPR/AED certification as well.
I am eager for the opportunity to continue to pursue my passion for teaching and supporting student
learning. I have included my resume, and I would be delighted to meet with you at your convenience. I can be
reached by phone at (754) 367-6329 or email at mafenb65@yahoo.com. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Mary Ann fenby-Rocks
