TheFeel offers martial arts, qigong, and meditation retreats on Ibiza in October 2015. The retreat will be held at a luxury villa with a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, and include five days of training in taikiken, tai chi, qigong, yoga, and meditation. Participants can explore the beautiful beaches and sights of Ibiza during their free time. The retreat aims to improve self-awareness and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth through its blend of ancient martial arts practices and therapeutic experiences. TheFeel trainers Ron Nansink and Nadja
Kotrchova offer you decades of practical
experience in: internal martial arts, taikiken, tai
chi, qigong, meditation and body orientated
mindfulness. They organise workshops and
seminars in the private sector, the corporate
world and organizations.
They learn you how, to be round on the
outside, square on the inside. Round on the
Outside to respond naturally, compassionate
and effective in daily life. Square on the Inside
to balance and guard your authenticity and
inner strength.

3. Ibiza retreat location
October 2015, TheFeel organizes a unique
ZenmaX Martial Art, Qigong and Meditation
retreat on Ibiza.
The ZenmaX Body Orientated Mindfulness
retreat offers you six nights accomodation and
five days intensive training, but the program
leaves you enough free time to explore the
island.
Location of the retreat is villa Casa Gazebo, one
of the most luxurious mini resorts on the island.
A villa with pool, Jacuzzi and a private sauna.In
the garden there is a lovely open-air dojo and a
spacious TIPI; the beach and the sea are our
backyard.

You will find varying types of beaches on
the island from fine sand to pebbles or rock
like the mythic Punta Galera. Some
beaches are developed for tourism
whereas other are completely virgin and
wild.
