2. Warren Commission
A week after JFK’s assassination,
President Lyndon Johnson
assigned Chief Justice Earl
Warren to form a committee to
investigate the assassination.
3. Commission’s Conclusions
Lee Harvey Oswald acted
alone killing President
Kennedy and wounding
Governor John Connolly.
He fired all three shots
from the sixth floor
window of the Texas
School Book Depository
Building.
All wounds in JFK &
Connolly were from the
right rear of the men.
Jack Ruby acted alone in
killing Lee Harvey
Oswald.
4. Most Americans Don’t Buy The
Warren Report
CBS.com reported on November 13, 2013 that
61% of Americans polled believe that there was
more to the JFK assassination than officially
reported.
Objective: In the next few minutes, it is my
intent to convince you that JFK was gunned
down by more than one assassin on that day in
Dallas.
6. I. Mob Connections
JFK’s father Joe, had mob connections through
Frank Sinatra.
It was also regarded that the mob “stuffed” the
ballot box in Chicago to sway Illinois electoral
votes JFK’s way which ultimately gave JFK the
1960 election.
Attorney General Robert Kennedy went after
the mob with vengeance.
Mob vowed revenge.
7. Evidence on the Mob
In March 1961 RFK had Mafia boss Carlos Marcello
deported to Guatemala. In April, 1961 Marcello was
arrested by the authorities and taken forcibly removed to
Guatemala.
Marcello made his way back into the United States.
Undercover informants reported that Marcello made several
threats against John F. Kennedy. He was quoted as saying
that “a dog will continue to bite you if you cut off its tail.
Whereas if you cut off the dog's head, it would cease to
cause you trouble.” It was reported that Marcello "clearly
stated that he was going to arrange to have President
Kennedy murdered in some way." Marcello told another
informant that he would need to take out "insurance" for the
assassination by "setting up a nut to take the blame".

9. Case for A Conspiracy
Shooter 1: Texas School Book Depository
Building
Howard Brennan-“As I watched the President’s
car … I heard what I thought was a back fire … I
looked up at the building. I then saw this man I
have described in the window and he was taking
aim with a high powered rifle. I could see all of the
barrel of the gun.”
Warren Commission Hearings, vol.19, p.470)
10. Case for A Conspiracy
Shooter 2: The Grassy Knoll
Sam Holland:“I saw a puff of smoke still lingering among the trees
in front of the wooden fence. The report sounded like it came from
behind the wooden fence.”
Harold Elkins: “I immediately ran to the area from which it
sounded like the shots had been fired. This is an area between the
railroad and the Texas School Book Depository which is east of the
railroad. “
Ed Hoffman:” I couldn't keep from looking back at the two men
behind the fence. Just as I did look back the man in the business
suit raised the gun. I saw him rest it on the pickets in the fence . . .
and just then I saw spark of light and a puff of fluffy white
smoke.”
JFK Facts 2013
11. Zapruder Film
A home movie caught the entire assassination.
It clearly shows JFK’s head violently thrust to
the rear left. This would only have been
caused by a shot from the front right side of the
car.
12. Parkland Hospital
JFK has two visible wounds:
Neck & Head Wounds
Dr. Perry: Neck had an “entrance” wound.
Dr. Crenshall: “From the damage I saw, there was no doubt
in my mind that the bullet had entered his head through the
front, as it surgically passed through his cranium, the
missile obliterated part of the temporal and all the parietal
and occipital lobes before it lacerated the cerebellum.”
This contradicts the official version. If JFK had actually been hit
from the front like Dr. Perry and Dr. Crenshall had observed,
then there had to be at least another gunman involved. Then by
definition a conspiracy.
13. How Many Shots?
The Warren Commission concluded there were
only three shots fired that killed JFK and
wounded Governor Connolly.
They insisted that the first shot missed JFK, the
second shot hit him, penetrated through his
neck and hit the Governor.
They went on to state that the third and final
shot hit JFK in the head. HOWEVER………..
14. If Only Three Shots, Explain the
Four Missed Shot
First Missed Shot:
This shot hit Jim
Teague across the
street from Dealey
Plaza.
Second Missed Shot:
This shot hit near a
storm drain cover. It
was retrieved by an
alleged FBI agent
never to be seen
again.
15. Missed Shots
Third Missed Shot:
Shatters windshield
on JFK’s limo.
Fourth Missed Shot:
Front windshield
chrome is damaged
by what is most likely
a bullet.
16. Conclusion
Mob threatens JFK
Gunman seen in School Book Depository
Building.
Witnesses see gunman on grassy knoll.
Dallas doctor(s) observe entrance wounds in
president.
Evidence of at least six shot fired rather than
three.
Four missed shots that in all likelihood came
from the rear.
