1. To whom it may concern,
It is my pleasure to confirm that Martin has been a student under my supervision in
Organisational Development and Interventions at Aarhus School of Business, 2002.
The course is part of the Masters programme in organisational studies, and serves the
purpose of training the students in different consultative methods to organisations. In
particular this course has offered an extensive training in appreciative skills, such as
Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Coaching and other participatory
methodologies. As an integral part of the course the students has conducted an
intervention in a private enterprise.
I have come to know Martin as a bright and inspired student but also as a completely
trustworthy, reliable, and effective person. He has shown excellent skills in working
with the presented theories and has participated in classes with enthusiasm and
curiosity.
At the oral examination Martin showed great insight both on a theoretical and
practical level resulting in an A-grading for his performance.
I wish Martin all the best for his future endeavours and it is without hesitation that I
recommend Martin for any position that he may choose to pursue, especially in the
area of organisational development.
If you wish to discuss this reference further please contact me.
Sincerely,
Jacob Storch
