Within the mixed-use, master planned community Quarry Lake at Greenspring, the Highlands showcase
the Martin mansion concept. A mix of condominium unit types are built over private garages, all with
economical wood frame construction. Residents have access from a shared hallway to units, parking, and
a common lobby.

Brewerytown Square
Philadelphia, PA
Brewerytown Square is a transit-oriented development comprised of 144 stacked townhomes. Grouped around
a central courtyard, the neighborhood adheres to the tenets of smart growth, transforming an urban brownfield
into a master-planned community. Individual garages attached at the rear of the residence leave the front door
accessible and inviting to pedestrians.
