Each team is led by a Principal/Shareholder who is involved from the initial conceptual

Warm Springs is a 110.9 acre master plan at the heart
of Fremont, California’s Innovation District. As one
of 10 areas in the community plan, Warm Springs is
the largest and located adjacent to the new BART

Monroe Street Market is a multi-phase redevelopment on the Catholic University
South Campus located on five city blocks in the District of Columbia’s Brookland
neighborhood. It is adjacent to the Brookland Metro station and just three
miles north of the U.S. Capitol. Monroe Street Market creates a “there” where
there was none and transforms five blighted city blocks into a $225+ million
walkable mixed-use town center, active 24/7 with housing (562 residential units),
retail (50,000 sq. ft.) and artist studio space (15,000 sq. ft.) with a 3,000 sq. ft.
freestanding community arts building.

majestically atop one of the highest points in Westchester County overlooking the Hudson River,

series of multi-million dollar renovations and refurbishments including the addition of the hotel’s
freestanding 8,700 square-foot THANNTM Sanctuary Spa, known throughout Asia as an oasis of
peace and tranquility and the first of its kind in the country.

The City Plaza Hotel is a six-story luxury hotel
designed in a contemporary style inspired by the
architecture of Minoru Yamasaki. The entrance to
the hotel is highlighted by glazing and horizontal
lines, drawing the eye upward and establishing the
focal point of the building. As part of a mixed-use
master plan, City Plaza Hotel is located adjacent to
residential, retail and office uses. Offset from the
residential and office by parking and a large public
plaza featuring a landmark water feature, City Plaza
Hotel provides 165 guest rooms and ample structure
parking. Guests of the hotel can grab a drink at the
lounge or sun themselves on the pool deck, just
minutes away from restaurants and entertainment.

KTGY designed and completed a series of multi-million dollar renovations and refurbishments including the addition of the hotel’s freestanding 8,700 square-foot THANNTM Sanctuary Spa, known throughout Asia as an oasis of peace and tranquility and the first of its kind in the country.

The entrance to the hotel is highlighted by glazing and horizontal lines, drawing the eye upward and establishing the focal point of the building. As part of a mixed-use master plan, City Plaza Hotel is located adjacent to residential, retail and office uses. Offset from the residential and office by parking and a large public plaza featuring a landmark water feature, City Plaza Hotel provides 165 guest rooms and ample structure parking. Guests of the hotel can grab a drink at the lounge or sun themselves on the pool deck, just minutes away from restaurants and entertainment.
