Agile career thinking changes the way that individuals manage their career destiny – optimizing their happiness, creativity, and productivity - through adoption of a flexible and forward progress mindset.

This is a win for employers and a win for the worker. The current workplace and employment picture are in flux, and according to a Gallup study, employee engagement is at an all time low, with only 30% of the workforce listed as engaged in their work. The workforce of the future will need to adapt to the changes in the economy and the new compact between employee and employer.

An agile career delivers on the promise of what employees expect and deserve. You want to:

1. Enjoy what you do.
2. Deliver your best work because you are motivated to be your best.
3. Learn new skills that prepare you for advancement.
