2017 Conference - Indianapolis, Indiana 2018 Columbus, Ohio
Developing a new conference management system to help host states and manage costs to be
implemented in 2019.
Reviewed and updated NAE4-HA handbooks to provide clarification making them more useful to the
membership.
Weekly bill payment was implemented to allow members to get paid quicker for travel expenses incurred
to attend NAE4-HA Leadership Development meetings.
Kept all members informed of news, updates, and opportunities through 8 e-news editions, monthly
President's eblast and 3 quarterly newsletters
Created a Strategic Plan process to look at our organization as a whole
Two new Task Forces - Ag Literacy and STEM
Monthly Virtual Professional Development opportunities for our members on youth development topics.
Life Members became a committee of NAE4-HA with committee chair as member of the Board
