What is EcoVapor?
• We’re focused on recovering flash gas from oil storage tanks at sites connected to gas
gathering systems.
• We’ve been recovering flash gas since 2010. We currently have systems deployed in
Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, North Dakota and Texas.
• Our systems remove free oxygen and deliver gas with O2 consistently below 8 ppm.
• Our patented suction pressure control technology allows our systems to pull tank
pressures down as low as 1.0 oz/in^2.
• Our stand alone ZerO2 units can work with any existing VRUs and be used in lieu of
VRTs.

4. ZerO2 System
• Compatible with any VRUs
• The next evolution from VRTs
• Two sizes currently available:
• 300 MCFD
• 1200 MCFD
• All Electric
• Gas version available early 2019
• No moving parts
• Standard unit can be customized if special
operator requirements exist

8. De-risking
Production and
Cash Flow
Examples of de-risking:
• LLCs
• Employee safety programs
• Insurances – Liability, Well Control, Auto/Truck
• Blow out preventers
• Hazop Reviews
• Process Safety Management
• Management of Change
• Hedging oil, gas, and NGL prices and differentials
Vapor Recovery w/ O2 control is another step in that process
• Flow assurance
• Pipeline integrity via corrosion control
• Ensure gas is pipeline quality - no shut ins
• Regulatory compliance – minimize venting and leaks via low tank
pressures
• Safer operations
• Title V PTE reductions – avoid Federal NSPS OOOO qualifying
emission levels
Multiple benefits for
• Economic returns
• Operational safety
• Meeting emissions standards,
current and future
• Uptime

15. Limitations & Considerations
• Power – 480v 3 ph connection. 45 kW at startup, drops to 10-15 kW after warmup. Higher
O2 lowers power consumption.
• System is designed to heat gas, not boil oil.
• Flow at inlet needs to be in vapor phase, so proximity to VRU discharge and/or inlet
scrubber is required.
• H2S can foul catalyst.
• Iron sponge (i.e. H2SZero) or Triazene liquid scavengers work well. Liquids need to be
removed prior to our unit.
