At School and Work
• Set a timer to give yourself breaks through the day
• End each day with new priorities for the
following day
• Only respond to email once or twice a day
At Home
• Create a space between work and home
• Delegate chores. Share the work or leave it for later
• Exercise. Even if it’s only for 15 minutes at a time. Get up and move
• Implement a budget
In Your Community
• Make choices. Choose the most fulfilling activities and learn to say “no”
to the rest
