they want specialize, no expirence. Lots of
graduated jobless trying to work.

Feel: Young workers are important to
their Jobs because of their knowledge,
youth, bosses don’t like them because
they are afraid of being replaced. Lots of
frustration, from wanting to work but
being unable to.

Effort: People don’t make the thing easy
because they don’t want to be replaced.
Big effort, few opportunities, waiting for
several months.
Gain: Lots, there is more and better
knowledge, teach to be patience and
develope tolerance to failure.
