Providence, RI – Responsibilities for this position include, statewide travel to perform on-site
inspections of health care facilities to determine the facilities implementation of policies and
procedures necessary to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Also to make sure
the facilities implementation in the standards of care and protect and maintain the health and
safety of the residents/patients of the facility. Inspections may be conducted individually or in
teams for the purpose of a routine frequency review (i.e.: annual, bi-annual), an investigation of
allegations of abuse, mistreatment, or neglect, and routine monitoring and follow-up reviews of
