This document presents the P3R (Principle-centered Recovery Resource Register) which is a practice-based register that covers 13 treatment principles to guide AOD (alcohol and other drug) practitioners. The register acts as a case management tool to monitor adherence to best practices and recovery frameworks. It focuses on recovery-orientation, peer work, and addiction recovery coaching for client-practitioner collaboration in Australia. Key areas covered include sobriety, psychological and physical health, community, social support, meaningful activities, housing/safety, risk-taking, coping/functioning, and quality of recovery. Assessment tools like ROSSAT and ROSI are also mentioned.
