1. Responsibilities
Live Meeting End to End Team
• Responsible for manual scenario based testing of Service with RoundTable devices based upon
compelling real life customer situations and product usage.
• Generated 90% of the end to end scenario tests for the team. Created step by step
documentation for scenarios which allowed easy tracking of pass/fail for each scenario.
• Generated reports for the entire organization for Daily Testing, Console Fitness and weekly team
summaries. Owned entering team stats into reporting websites and test results into test case tracking
software (WTT). Designed and moderated E2E focused bug bashes.
Live Meeting Front End Console Team
• Responsible for testing of five legacy and one new Console components. Created “one pager”
template document used by test organization as summary test plans. Automated BVT’s using C#.
Live Meeting Back End Server Team
• Responsible for testing legacy audio backend component, new server logging components, data
management migration tools needed to upgrade service, and setup and deployment of the service itself.
• Deployed Live Meeting Service datacenters during transition from UNIX to Windows and acted
as a subject area expert for hosting team during upgrades to live production datacenter.
• Charted deployment process (14 foot Visio chart), which revealed numerous product design
issues, and was used by developers and the product architect in redesigning the configuration program
and processes for a datacenter.
• Charted Architecture of end to end customer experience (another Visio wall diagram, 20 foot)
which melded concepts including physical components and processes from a customer perspective
moving end to end through the user experience. Chart was used by Hosting, PM, and as a training aid for
the India Development Center team and new hires.
• Authored many revisions to the datacenter deployment and setup guide to reduce complexity
and ensure documentation completeness.
