3. ANSWERS
In the past year, I worked in a visual effects project, the objective of this task
was to create a commercial with VFX and motion graphics, this commercial
had to have a very attractive and professional look.
In this team there are two people, each one has a role in the team, I am in
charge of the technician part and my partner was in charge of the artistic part.
My partner and I study the same career Animation and Digital Arts. We have
the same or similar knowledge in the area but I am better to remember the
technical processes and my partner has more skills in the artistic design.
I think that every team has a dysfunctional part but in this case each one had
assigned different task and each one delivered their part in the time that we
had agreed before.
